anon @8:10 jack johnson, the killers, Kings of Leon went over as headliners i don't see how they could hurt ticket sales especially with names like REM or My Morning Jacket being thrown around as headliner material.
I'm not saying I want them there but they are a real possibility
Any artist booked to help sell two weekends really isn't the issue. Sources report that ticket sales are 78% capacity - and that was just from one week of pre-sale. The remaining passes will sell out the week tickets go on sale in January. Most of the people posting on this site don't go for the headliners anyway.
Justice will defiantly be a headliner in Sahara. I would imagine after Sasha's success, maybe Coachella will go after a Sasha and Digweeed combo? Id love that.
I would see the shit out of No Doubt, but I admit it's a nostalgia thing...I must have listened to Tragic Kingdom a hundred times in elementary school. That being said, I think they have enough hits between them and Gwen Stefani to headline.
If that list of potential headliners is true (which I don't think it is, but it sounds like the most realistic sounding fake post we've had so far) I would DIE to see OutKast. Honestly I want them at Coachella over anybody...Daft Punk, Radiohead, you name it. My favorite group since middle school, still going strong.
Paul Tollett was just quoted in the Desert Sun as saying that all three headliners are booked and there may be a reunion act although it's not the focus of the festival. He makes it sound as if most of the lineup is booked at this point as well.
I do think No Doubt would be a viable 4th headliner, much like the Strokes were this year and to some extent, Atoms for Peace were 2 years ago. Now for most, they are not as musically significant as the two I mentioned, but remember they were a huge cross-over group in the 90s. Lots of hits, Gwen has mass appeal. They wouldn't be the nail in the coffin for someone coming to Coachella most likely, but I think their vibe could be respected. And I would show up 15 minutes early to catch the end of their set if they were opening for say, Beastie Boys.
All that being said, I disagree that they are going to be at Coachella. I think Blur would still be considered a reunion, and I think they will be one of the four, with the other 3 coming from a small select group: Rolling Stones Radiohead Outkast U2 Coldplay

Loose chatter from my sources tells me that a good amount of cash was thrown Outkasts' way...and as of now are on the verge of signing on. Those who informed of such actions taking place tell me that originally GV wanted a dual hip hop headliner, aka BEASTIE BOYS•OUTKAST standing alone at the top of one of the days but due to one of the previous two headliners dropping out due to contractual and financial differences (my guess is No Doubt) the headliners in play remaining would be Coldplay, Outkast and Beastie Boys.
Now, if in fact Goldenvoice's plan to have Outkast and the BB's split headline then GV is still shopping for one more headliner.
Does anyone know the exact date tickets go back on sale? I feel like I've heard that they are at 78% capacity several times so I'd imagine any new tickets posted will sell out in less than a day.
Guys, headliners are all booked via the mouth of Paul Tollett himself. Therefore, view any source telling you they are still looking with a touch of skepticism.
Personally, i would love it if that's the order it took place in.
Consider though that unlike the Beasties, Outkast has no new material to showcase which could be a determining factor in their billing...let's hope not.
Also this info is coming from a reliable and consistant source of mine so I wouldn't consider it a hypothetical thought of mine, rather a relaying of info.
Additionaly, GV was aiming for No Doubt for a new headliner but that deal eventually fell thru. (I still cant fathom having Radiohead as a fallback plan, but as it turned out i'm sure most Coachellagoers are happy by this.)
Outkast had also originally frowned upon commiting to two seperates but like i had mentioned a good sum though specifically unknown to my source was thrown their way...looks like it was enough to persuade them.

Now, i know there are plenty of "safe" picks i could guesstimate on... My Morning Jacket, Fleet Foxes, Bon Iver, Justice come to mind but i will reserve my knowledge until i am given the greenlight on their confirmation
I am not withholding information on "epic" acts...at this point in time i am just unaware of them.
I suggest patience at this time, although given GV's need to logistically work out scheduling, routing etc. a lot faster than years past i am sure of the lineup leaking a lot sooner through myself or other sources with intel.
Oh shoot. I actually believed you for a second Walter J. No way you're connected enough to get the headliners and a laundry list of undercard names but don't know a single name that'll be between on the second and third rows.
I believe Walter J. He seems knowledgeable about his sources and I think those headliners seem more than realistic. Although I agree that Radiohead being Goldenvoice's fallback choice for No Doubt is somewhat suspect, the final headlining list makes sense.
Also, that entire list of undercards is something that I have predicted already as well.
I don't think that just because he doesn't have any of the subheadliners yet, he should be totally discredited. Maybe they haven't all been solidified yet.
Stop being gullable. People with information don't leak it. That's why all the "leaked" information last year had the Rolling Stones and Daft Punk headlining.
And Radiohead is not a fallback plan for No Doubt. That's just ridiculous.
I agree, I wholeheartedly believe that somebody might leak the headliners, but somebody with the ability to leak 20+ undercard names also has the ability to leak the reunions, Sahara big names, subheadliners, rare acts, etc. If the headliners are booked by now, so are those guys.
I can also see somebody leaking some undercard names but keeping the big names a surprise. But since Walter J has both, it seems reasonable that everything else should have been leaked.
That was a random attempt at a lineup prior to any of the info i have received had been shared with all of you.
No correlation, and for those with doubts in their head has it occured that subs/reunions are the acts GV would hold closer to the chest and or not yet finalized?
Cut me some slack, when i show what i have and its not up to your expectations whose fault is that?
Coachella had to book the headliners first this year in order to even have the confidence to go about the whole two weekend ordeal so there is no proof that those other guys have been finally booked. The festival is still 8.5 months away.
And the rare acts and reunions are sometimes more important and sacred than the headliners because they are less common (headliners sell out stadiums constantly in the present).
The reunions/rare acts are definitely more important than the headliners and other big names, so that is a good point about them being held secret or still being worked on.
Walter J is full of shit and anybody who believes him is an absolute idiot. Names don't start leaking until the fall and not that much of the undercard has been booked to leak that much of. The whole Radiohead/No Doubt story is super sketch, one of the artists he has listed I'm 100% confident is not playing and another I asked personally after seeing his list and actually hasn't even been contacted about Coachella yet.
Take caution of believing anything posted here from somebody without a linked name, absolutely any jackass can post anything, as I post this without a linked name :S
It makes sense that headliners would be booked first and would be first to leak. And who ever asked the band themselves what band did u ask ass clown. And don't u think they would lie to u if they were suppose go keep it quiet...u are obviously very trust worthy and able to keep a secret!
Actually bands are constantly candid about their Coachella status, that's how there are always about fifteen undercard bands leaked on the Coachella board before the lineup is announced.
Do you guys really care if Walter J is giving us false info or not? At least it IS info. That's why you guys are coming to this site and checking ths comments page. Walter J, keep it coming, cause I am bored and Monk is no where to be found.
Blink 182 The Donnas En Vogue The Thompson Twins Poison Kelly Clarkson (DJ Set) Maroone 5 Counting Crows performing August & Everything After Quiet Riot
@9:20 I'm not about to start naming names, I really don't know how it'll affect their relationship with Goldenvoice but I'd rather not risk it. And no, these are friends, they'd be honest to me, they have been in the past. Goldenvoice doesn't like it when bands are chatty about Coachella this early. There is a clause in their contract that says they can't talk about it and they have actually booted bands off the lineup in the past before the lineup is release as a result for leaking shit. It's usually fine once it gets closer to January though.
The supposed dance acts Walter J has listed raises some red flags for me too. Fukkk Offf? Danger? Treasure Fingers? The Phantoms Revenge? No way all of those are playing, that's not the direction the Sahara tent is going in anymore. Just look at the Sahara lineups and see what's been being booked lately, they are moving away from that sort of stuff. I've seen many "leaks" of this sort with acts like those listed and they are never real. The others names are real but those are a dead giveaway. Nice try Walter J.
Chicago Deadmau5 Styx Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes 10,000 Maniacs Bush The Smiths Jane Weidlin & Sparks The Jetts Newfound Glory The Belle Stars & Every electronic act I can think of.
It's humoring to see imposters and their farfetched attempts at discrediting my attempts to relay genuine information concerning Coachella.
Like I've stated before I'm sorry the artist intending to play I've provided according to my sources haven't lived up to your unrealistic pipe dreams...
You have no idea how the curation process works year to year to assemble the festival...for a while we were under the impression that a "classic" headliner was a staple....look how 2010 & 2011 turned out...
Regarding the electronic acts in question, i don't see how they wouldn't fit in the Sahara. May i also remind you that apart from the Sahara there is still the oasis dome and the do lab for the acts to be slotted to your standards ;)
I think I agree with that Sahara part. If those DJs were gonna play Coachella, it would've been a couple of years ago. They are bit outdated now and not really part of the trending sound anymore. They got a bit of hype off blogs but never really went much further than that and this is coming from a big fan of theirs.
No, they aren't immune to booking bands past their hype but c'mon Walter J, just look at the new trending dance acts today, you have NONE listed at all. Anybody familiar with what is popular with today's dance music would tell you that it doesn't look right to include those names (or at least that many) but not others. Like the above poster said, expect derpstep, not bloghouse. I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying your source probably isn't right on those ones. Including bloghouse acts like those and not derpstep (which is much more likely) makes this look more like a wishlist, sorry.
Yeah The Twelves could be possibly past their time (sorta) but that was one name out of the entire lineup, not four from a small leak.
Anyways, I say let's take all the names you post versus Monklish's and we'll see how you two compare. My money is on Monklish. Actually, I think you should just start your own blog and stop hijacking Monklish's blog.
Regardless of whether he has a good source or not, the Sahara has really turned into EDC the past two years (with the good electronic being in the Mojave). Next year really is going to be Avicii, Kaskade, Calvin Harris and a whole bunch of dubstep, and whoever has the brolectro hit of the next few months.
hey there, honest question here and I am sure i will just be made fun of by the angry peeps on here. but what is DERPSTEP? is that something different than DUBSTEP or are u guys making fun of dubstep by calling it that.....my hunch is that it is the latte....but i dont know!!! please tell me!! :)
As much as I didn't believe Walter J initially, the guy on the Coachella boards who confirmed Arcade Fire the day after Coachella 2009 ended is now claiming Coldplay and Radiohead...two for four...
I could give a fuck about the rest of the lineup, but if Walter J is right about OutKast I lose my shit. So excited.
Walter J is right Im betting. That lineup will sell out the remaining tickets in an hour, especially if they milk it in any way by releasing the lineup a few days before ticket sales.
Why are people so hostile to those not believing every word that Walter J says (when Monklish isn't even reporting any info)? Do you know how easy it is to list a bunch of names here? I'm not saying Walter is wrong, I'm saying he's sourceless and evidenceless and I'm inclined to take any information 9 months before the festival with a grain of salt. Sorry if that makes you guys mad.
Also, Phil Selway said recently that Radiohead wants to tour but has nothing set in stone. Wouldn't that mean since Coachella headliners are signed already that maybe they aren't doing it? Is Phil being cagey?
If you read the boards, Coldplay was never confirmed by anyone. There's just good speculation becasue they have a Spring tour. They seem likely, but there's been no confirmation. At all.

THANK YOU WALTER J. The lineup is looking amazing so far! But I must say, even though i actually belive in you and your source, there's still some uncertainty in all this. I hope your not just another douchbag in this blog. -Cheers!
To be fair, if Walter J is making this shit up he does know how they go about putting together the lineup...Paul T has stated repeated that they fuck with the undercard first, and then start adding the subheadliners and big acts. We know the headliners were decided earlier this year from the Desert Sun article.
I think everybody is expecting Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes, Justice, Avicii, TV on the Radio, etc., but if we go by Paul T's word those are usually some of the last artists to be booked.
Still very dubious of his predictions, I want them to be true because there's a lot of good stuff so far, but skeptical.
Paul T has said publically that all the bands he's talked to (and since he's booked the headliners already, they are in that group) have agreed to do both weekends. The lineup will be identical, but the set times and/or day breakdown may differ from weekend to weekend.
Wtf, Walter J was the best thing that happened to this blog in awhile. You will not be forgotten my friend. Thank you for the excitement and your contributions. You are already a legend to some. I hope you surface again.
Though as realistic (finally) that last post by "me" might have sounded i will still continue to share whatever info concerning the developing lineup in a timely manner as it is made available to me under the pseudonym Walter J.
I would ask those posing to not add to the confusion by posting contradictory posts in order for my info to be crystal clear and beneficialy to thoe truly interested in what i know.
Wow, it is truly sad at the attempts by those of you to ruin this. I'm just trying to help. NONE, of the last few were me. Going forward, if you would like updates, my Facebook will be the best way. I'll still post here, but this way you will know it's me.
Ok, thanks you douchbags for ruining all the fun. Assholes. No monklish, and now Walter! Fuck. You guys want info and when it's givin, you guys bitch like fucking cunts. Fuck you monk for not saying shit, and fuck you idiot(s) for ruining the fun. Thank you Walter j for keeping me and several people pumped for next year. Cheers
Im calling bullshit on treasure fingers being confirmed... Maybe I'm off basis on this but I seem to remember Amon Tobin hating to fly and with him coming to the US in october for ISAM I cant see him coming back 6 months later.
people...chill. can't we all let something we want (radiohead) be within the realm of possibility? why is it so hard for you to accept that you deserve good things? you're a human being, so is everyone else.
The Monklish on August 4, 2011 5:20 AM is a fake. Scroll up and compare to the one that posted August 1, 2011 3:58 PM. The real Monklish posts have the Blogger B icon next to the name.
next year is possibly the end of the world....anyone who thinks coachella isn't going all out (just in case) to be the festival of all festivals with the lineups of all lineups isn't really clued into what's going on in reality.
Dre won't even release Detox, no way in hell he plays Coachella. Pipe dream and from the shit he's released so far it'd probably be a let down anyway...
hahahahah reading this is so funny. The lineup is going to be the lineup no matter what. I bet it is a great lineup. And honestly, i would still go if Ashley Simpson and Britney headlined two nights. It isn't about the headliners. Yes they can put the perfect ending on a perfect day, but fuck if the headliner sucks, go to Sahara or Mojave, or your tent and bump some Monster jam and smoke a bowl or go swing on the neon swings. RELAX
^ I have been to the last 4 coachella's and trust me I embody more about Coachella than half the people on here.
People who come to coachella wouldn't be telling people to fuck off and that they suck because they like a certain band.
Everyone I hang with at Coachella is laid back, interesting and open minded. The people who are on here are uptight, simple minded hate mongers. Its disturbing actually.
And if you think that Coachella is about the headliners you probably come for bands like the Killers, and KOL. Which is fine, not my bag but if thats what makes you happy, then Im glad you found something that makes you happy. Because apparently this blog doesn't but you continue to read it daily....

I suggest patience at this time, although given GV's need to logistically work out scheduling, routing etc. a lot faster than years past i am sure of the lineup leaking a lot sooner through myself or other sources with intel.
monk, can you debunk or confirm the absurd claims that radiohead was the "fallback plan" for no doubt?
Thanks Walter j(monk)!
Oh shoot. I actually believed you for a second Walter J. No way you're connected enough to get the headliners and a laundry list of undercard names but don't know a single name that'll be between on the second and third rows.
Anon @7:51
Believe what you will.
I'll provide bigger names provided I get news of them playing. Or would you prefer I lie to fulfill your wishes?
Anon at 8:59
Shut the fuck up fat man, this doesn't concern you
Hey @ Monk. . . I mean Walter j. .
Have we all forgotten Walter J's ridiculously stacked lineup from July 13, 2011 2:47 PM
Anon 9:25
That was a random attempt at a lineup prior to any of the info i have received had been shared with all of you.
No correlation, and for those with doubts in their head has it occured that subs/reunions are the acts GV would hold closer to the chest and or not yet finalized?
Cut me some slack, when i show what i have and its not up to your expectations whose fault is that?
Anon @ 8:11 AM
Coachella had to book the headliners first this year in order to even have the confidence to go about the whole two weekend ordeal so there is no proof that those other guys have been finally booked. The festival is still 8.5 months away.
And the rare acts and reunions are sometimes more important and sacred than the headliners because they are less common (headliners sell out stadiums constantly in the present).
Walter J makes perfect sense.
I don't care if Walter J is bullshitting us or not. He's getting me excited and that's all I want at this point in time.
The reunions/rare acts are definitely more important than the headliners and other big names, so that is a good point about them being held secret or still being worked on.
@Walter j
What do you know about The Knife?
And, are you 100% positive about Radiohead going next year forsure?
More info will be out soon.
last comment was not me....here we go.
I'll have an update with a few more names to add later today
Do you guys really care if Walter J is giving us false info or not? At least it IS info. That's why you guys are coming to this site and checking ths comments page. Walter J, keep it coming, cause I am bored and Monk is no where to be found.
Thanks Walter!

No, you.
Oops, "realistic", not "real" on that last part.
TME, no one likes you. Get out of here.
For the record, the last two posts with "additional" names was not me.
Enter the imposters....
Here are the latest updates:
Chicago
Deadmau5
Styx
Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes
10,000 Maniacs
Bush
The Smiths
Jane Weidlin & Sparks
The Jetts
Newfound Glory
The Belle Stars
&
Every electronic act I can think of.
I'll update when i have something substantial.
It's humoring to see imposters and their farfetched attempts at discrediting my attempts to relay genuine information concerning Coachella.
Like I've stated before I'm sorry the artist intending to play I've provided according to my sources haven't lived up to your unrealistic pipe dreams...
@ Walter j
So, was it you the one that put Pulp, Underworld etc. .
Or was that the impostors?
according to Walter J, the impostors posted at @9:15 and @9:23
And if you have any logic you'd know "me" @ 9:43 is also fake
Re: TIME
You have no idea how the curation process works year to year to assemble the festival...for a while we were under the impression that a "classic" headliner was a staple....look how 2010 & 2011 turned out...
Regarding the electronic acts in question, i don't see how they wouldn't fit in the Sahara. May i also remind you that apart from the Sahara there is still the oasis dome and the do lab for the acts to be slotted to your standards ;)
Paul T. knows what he's doing
Hopefully the lineup will be better than this year's crap pile.
Well then Walter, enlighten us.
How does the curation process work?
I relay the confirmations as they are made available to me
that is all.
but for TIME to assume trends of years past would influence this and future years' lineups is ludicrous...we have no way to know for certain...
Although posting without a link was certain to attract speculation... for my protection i'd rather post in this manner
I think I agree with that Sahara part. If those DJs were gonna play Coachella, it would've been a couple of years ago. They are bit outdated now and not really part of the trending sound anymore. They got a bit of hype off blogs but never really went much further than that and this is coming from a big fan of theirs.
Anon @1:44
GV is not immune to booking acts past the peak of their hype so to say.
Acts do get booked past their peak trendiness but not with low level sahara acts. Expect a lot of derpstep.
Anon @10:46
The Twelves this year ring a bell?
Yeah, they ring a bell, not past their trending peak.
Anon @10:49
I beg to differ, but if flavor of the month tastemaking curation is your M.O. than perhaps Pitchfork is best suited to your musical inclinations.
Don't shoot the messenger.
be nice!
Brostep.
Derpstep = Skrillex
Pretty much.
Where de fuck are you monklish?!
Personally I can't wait for the lineup to come out and to see everybody on the Facebook page complaining about "No Skrillex??? WTF!!!"
Walter J, I know we are being greedy, but when is the next update?
It appears like confirmations are taking place at a faster rate than anticipated....I'll update when i have a good list ready to share.
Some bigger names so far.
Walter j is correct about the bands he has listed. here are some that have also been booked:
Feist
flying lotus
twin sisters
my morning jacket
the xx
deerhunter
samiyan
REM(sub)
beach house
HTRK
kid cudi
Justice
only one reunion has been made:
Cocteau Twins
Is that so?
Yay Monk! What's the real word?
MONK!
Tell us something. Any kind of info you have about Coachella. Something?!
At all.
Update 8/1/11
Craft Spells
Crystal Stilts
Digitalism
Fang Island
Gold Panda
Holy Ghost
Kaskade
Le Butcherettes
Metronomy
Neon Indian
Santigold
Spectrals
St. Vincent
The Rapture
The Weeknd
WU LYF
Yuck
• So nice to see Monk pop in and contribute.
Heard anything on your end?
THANK YOU WALTER J.
The lineup is looking amazing so far!
But I must say, even though i actually belive in you and your source, there's still some uncertainty in all this.
I hope your not just another douchbag in this blog.
-Cheers!
I agree.
Cheers!
Walter J seems to have taken over your blog - Monk can you please start a new post
"Heard anything on your end?"
THIS IS IMPLYING YOU HAVE AN "END" WHICH YOU DON'T.
Is that right?
The Smiths are happening. That is all.
Radiohead, Coldplay, Blur, Pulp, Portishead, Underworld, Bat for Lashes for British Invasionchella
Update 8/2/11
I can now confirm the headliners:
Led Zeppelin
Radiohead
Coldplay
^ what is this?
walter J, was there really you??? are u serious about LED ZEPPELIN?!?!?!?
The always fresh and exciting Black Keys will be back in 2012 to headline.
imposters once again....
Word on the street is, that Goldenvoice got
Radiohead to headline only for one weekend.
Weekend 1:
Radiohead/Daft Punk/Outkast
Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Blur, Pulp, Beirut, How to Destroy Angels, The Knife
Weekend 2:
Coldplay/Deadmau5/Beastie Boys
Incubus, Vampire Weekend, MGMT, Bloc Party, Ben Harper, Swedish House Mafia
Paul T has said publically that all the bands he's talked to (and since he's booked the headliners already, they are in that group) have agreed to do both weekends. The lineup will be identical, but the set times and/or day breakdown may differ from weekend to weekend.
No, I can confirm Led Zeppelin with Dave Grohl on drums. The only "imposter" is above me.
No Led Zeppelin.
I'm very much full of shit!
I'll update when i hear anything and the naysayers quiet down some.
WALTER, why dont u sign up for a Google Account so we know when it is YOU??? Like MOnk has....
Sunday night's headliner is Skrillex getting fingercuffed by Deadmau5 and Jonathan Davis.
What's a google?
Led Zeppelin is headlining every single night for both weekends.
Or they are not playing, at all.
Definitely one of those.
How insightful.
clearly she is saying that they arent playing
This is not a safe place for me anymore. Sorry for trying to offer a little info. I'll just keep it to myself and save it. Goodluck, Monk.
Walter!!!!!!! please don't go :(
Wtf, Walter J was the best thing that happened to this blog in awhile.
Thanks
Breaking News: I can now confirm The Knife!
That wasn't me!
Holy shit, what's going on?
This is why I am leaving!
Wow, it is truly sad at the attempts by those of you to ruin this. I'm just trying to help. NONE, of the last few were me. Going forward, if you would like updates, my Facebook will be the best way. I'll still post here, but this way you will know it's me.
/\/\/\
no
I tried. Looks like no one can honor a simple request, including someone going as far as to create a google account with my name.
Really? I think i can relate with what Monk puts up with leading up to each Coachella now....
Cheers
P.s fuck you monk.
Im calling bullshit on treasure fingers being confirmed... Maybe I'm off basis on this but I seem to remember Amon Tobin hating to fly and with him coming to the US in october for ISAM I cant see him coming back 6 months later.
scratch that last comment I was thinking of two fingers... my bad
It was probably Monk who was posing as the impostors and fucking with our heads.
people...chill. can't we all let something we want (radiohead) be within the realm of possibility? why is it so hard for you to accept that you deserve good things? you're a human being, so is everyone else.
I can confirm the knife as well.
Monk, I hope you are not toying with us.
That's not the real monklish you stupid waste of sperm
The Monklish on August 4, 2011 5:20 AM is a fake. Scroll up and compare to the one that posted August 1, 2011 3:58 PM. The real Monklish posts have the Blogger B icon next to the name.
I'm still going to contribute but I'll allow you all to figure out whether it's legite or just a hateful copycat.
I'm also willing to bet that if indeed GV did indeed nab The Knife it wouldn't be known this early in the game.
The Knife are less of a big deal than you all let on.
Headliners will be Coldplay, My Morning Jacket, and Dr Dre with Eminem.
Legit information that will be passed over with all of your normal nay-saying. See you in April.
Mred
No.
next year is possibly the end of the world....anyone who thinks coachella isn't going all out (just in case) to be the festival of all festivals with the lineups of all lineups isn't really clued into what's going on in reality.
I love how people still think Dr. Dre is a viable headliner and live act.
chris is STRAIGHT FROM GV:
FRIDAY
COLDPLAY
SATURDAY
BEASTIES AND OUTKAST
SUNDAY
PEARL JAM
Radiohead said no to 2 wknds and they got PJ instead.
Subs are REM, Perfect Circle, My Morning Jacket, The Knife, Adele, Justice
and they got George Clinton and the P Funk All Stars for the tent, kinda cool
Adele refuses to play festivals.
Dre won't even release Detox, no way in hell he plays Coachella. Pipe dream and from the shit he's released so far it'd probably be a let down anyway...
@Anon704
Paul Tollett said he hasn't run into a band that said no to 2 weekends. And he said this after confirming he'd book the headliners.
Radiohead just dropped out, I'm sorry.
All of these fake posts are so annoying.
The real Walter J, what say you?
The fake Walter J posts were funny the first couple times, but not anymore.
You're all such unbelievably gullible fools.
You're all a bunch of whiny faggots.
Radiohead is being replaced by Gaga.
Man, fuck everyone here.
You guys turned this to shit
hahahahah reading this is so funny. RELAX
anon @ 7:37
go away to Bonnaroo and never come back
^ I have been to the last 4 coachella's and trust me I embody more about Coachella than half the people on here.
Led Zeppelin(cost 15 million)
Lady Gaga
Coldplay
Going to the sahara is no longer a viable option during a shitty headliner considering the people and kind of acts found in there nowadays.
I saw Sasha during KOL last year in the sahara and it was a top 5 show of the weekend
I hope they don't get Fleet Foxes, The Decemberists and TV on the Radio next year. They are all boring now and we all have recently seen them, anyway.
http://www.facebook.com/#!/coachella/posts/10150329792136648?notif_t=feed_comment
this is a response i got from a comment i wrote on Coachellas facebook page . Is it a sign ?
Weres Walter j?
The real Walter j. .
Doing two weekends of Coachella and a few cities in between and after would fit into Pulp's tendency to do festival-centered (or exclusive) touring.
:( @ 7:23
I'm still around, I'll update when
I hear something new
Hey monk, this is your blog so do something about it.
Can we get a new post? This one is getting too full.
